4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物饮水法构建BALB/C小鼠胃癌及食管癌模型 被引量:4

摘要 4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物(4NQO)饮水法已用于建立小鼠口腔癌模型。我们采用4NQO饮水法构建小鼠舌癌模型,在实验中可见部分小鼠产生食管癌或胃癌,舌部病变仅为中度异常增生。
