亚洲型股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量:7

摘要 使用闭合复位髓内固定技术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小,手术时间短,内固定稳定性高等优点。亚洲型股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)是在股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)基础上,针对亚洲人群改良的防旋髓内钉。我院自2010年3月至2010年9月,使用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗42例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,疗效较好。
