骨形态发生蛋白2相关小分子活性肽的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪60年代,Urist将脱钙骨移植于实验动物的肌肉中3—4周之后,意外发现其能诱导异位成骨。因此Urist推断脱钙骨中含有一种可以促进成骨的因子,随后分离出一种非胶原性的骨蛋白(non-collagenous bone proteins),并将其命名为骨形态发生蛋白(BNP)。
