摘要
采用单因素随机区组法,在甘南高原地区研究了红芪剪茎高度对其生长和产量的影响。结果表明:红芪剪茎比不剪茎能极显著地提高产量,且红芪在7月下旬现蕾前进行剪茎,留茎高度50 cm的主根长、根径、单株根干物质积累、折干率、一等率等经济性状和产量最高,且比CK增产14.07%(p<0.01)。
Using single factor randomized block method to study the effects of height of kept stem on growth and yield of fledysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz in Gannan plateau area. The results showed that cutting stem of Heclysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz can extremely significant increase yield in comparison with non-cutting stem; the economic traits (main mot length, root diameter, root dry matter accumulation per plant, dry discount rate, first-class rate and etc.) and the yield of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz were the highest when cutting stem till 50 cm before flower buds emergence at late Jul. and the yield increased by 14.07% (p〈0.01) than CK.
