抑制香蕉枯萎病菌的拮抗菌初探 被引量:1

摘要 选定一株对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense Snyder&Hansen,race 4,简称为FOC4)具有抑制作用的拮抗菌(0165-r),对其在香蕉根部的定植能力、室内抑菌效果进行了测定,并对其拮抗物质进行了初步探寻。结果表明,将该菌利福平突变体,接入香蕉根部,40 d后在根部仍能检测到该菌存在。在该菌与FOC4对峙培养的PDA平板上,产生了明显的抑菌带,抑制效果略次于多菌灵。发酵液中的蛋白质在短期内对FOC4有明显的抑制作用。 A strain of antagonistic bacterium (0165), which has inhibitory effect against Fusarium oxyspomm f. sp. cubense race 4 (Foc4), was selected. The colonization ability in banana root and the inhibitory effect in laboratory of Foc4 were measured, and its antagonistic substance was preliminarily searched. The resuhs showed that the 0165-Rif could be measured in banana root after inoculated for 40 days. Apparent inhibitive zones were formed on the PDA plate where conducted confrontation culture of 0165-Rif with Foc4. The inhibitory effect of 0165-Rif was next to that of carbendazim. The protein in fermentation broth had apparent inhibitory effect against Foc4 in a short time.
