摘要
以自然生长状况下的低效刺槐为研究对象,通过气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其根系分泌物进行分析,共检测出28种物质,其中酸类化合物11种,所占比率为39.21%;酯类化合物4种,所占比率为14.36%;醇类化合物6种,所占比率为21.43%;蔗糖1种,所占比率为3.57%;其他化合物6种,所占比率为21.43%。
Taking the low efficiency Robinia pseudoacacia L. under natural growth conditions as the research object, by means of Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrum (GC-MS) to analyze its root exudate.s. The results showed that total 28 species of root exudates were detected, in which there were 11 kinds of acids compounds accounted mass fraction of 39.21%, four kinds of esters with mass fraction of 14.36%, six kinds of alcohols compounds with mass fraction of 21.43%; one kind of sucrose with mass fraction of 3.57% and the other six kinds of compounds with mass fraction of 21.43%.
