姜辣素对^(60)Coγ辐照损伤小鼠抗氧化功能和造血系统的防护作用 被引量:5

The protective effect of gingerol on anti-oxidative function and hematopoietic system in ^(60)Coγ-ray irradiated mice

摘要 选取24只雌性健康昆明小鼠,随机分成(I)对照组、(II)给药组、(III)照射组、(IV)给药照射组,组II和IV小鼠连续5天灌胃姜辣素,组I和III则灌胃等量的蒸馏水,第六天组III和IV进行5 Gy 60Coγ照射;照后48 h内所有小鼠采血、取骨股、肝脏进行相关指标测定。给药组的骨髓DNA系数、T-SOD(总超氧化物歧化酶)活力、RBC(红细胞)、PLT(血小板)、LYM(淋巴细胞)及WBC(白细胞)均高于对照组,T-AOC(总抗氧化能力)显著上升(p<0.05);照射组的RBC、LYM、PLT、WBC含量和T-AOC活性显著降低(p<0.05),T-SOD和骨髓DNA系数极显著降低(p<0.01);给药照射组RBC、LYM和PLT含量高于照射组,T-AOC显著升高(p<0.05),T-SOD、WBC和骨髓DNA系数极显著升高(p<0.01);给药照射组与照射组各指标的比值高于给药组和对照组的比值。结果表明,姜辣素对60Coγ辐照小鼠的抗氧化功能和造血系统具有较强的防护作用。 In this work, we investigated the protective effect of gingerol on anti-oxidative function and hematopoietic system of ^60Coγ-ray irradiated mice. Twenty-four healthy female Kunming mice were randomly divided into (Ⅰ) control, (Ⅱ) gingerol, (Ⅲ) irradiation and (Ⅳ) gingerol + irradiation groups. Groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were given gingerol intragastrically for five days. Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were irradiated to 5 Gy by ^60Coγ-rays on the 6th day. Blood samples, livers and thigh bones were collected and measured in 48 hours. It was found that the DNA coefficient of bone marrow, T-SOD activities, RBC, PLT, LYM and WBC numbers in Group Ⅱ mice were higher than those in the control group, and T-AOC activities (p〈0.05) in the gingerol group increased significantly compared with the control group. The RBC, PLT, LYM and WBC numbers, T-AOC activities (p〈0.05), DNA coefficient of bone marrow and T-SOD activities (p〈0.01) in the irradiation group reduced compared with the control group. Compared with irradiation group, T-AOC activities (p〈0.05), T-SOD activities, WBC numbers and DNA coefficient of bone marrow (p〈0.01) increased significantly in the gingerol + irradiation group. The ratio of Group Ⅳ/Group Ⅲ is higher than that of Group Ⅱ/Group Ⅰ. The results demonstrated that gingerol has the protective effect on anti-oxidative function and hematopoietic system of mice irradiated by ^60Coγ-rays.
