复合薄膜袋酸性条件下化学物质的总迁移量研究 被引量:3

摘要 以食品用复合薄膜袋(2层与3层)为研究对象,使用乙酸溶液为酸性食品模拟物,改变乙酸体积分数、浸泡时间、浸泡温度等因素,研究其化学物质的总迁移量情况。结果表明:乙酸体积分数在4%和16%时,化学物质总迁移量出现极大值,在10%时出现极小值;化学物质总迁移量随着浸泡时间的增加而增加;浸泡温度为90℃时,化学物质总迁移量为极大值。 The laminated film pouches for food packaging (two layers and three layers) were taken as object of study. Acetic acid was used as acid food stimulant. The overall migration of chemicals was studied by changing acid concentration, soaking time, and soaking temperature. The results showed that when 4% (V/V) or 16% (V/V), the overall migration of chemicals reaches the maximum; the overall migration is the minimum when acetic acid concentration is 10%(V/V); the overall migration of chemicals increases with soaking time; when the soaking temperature is 90℃, the overall migration of chemicals reaches the maximum.
