武广客运专线大瑶山隧道群防灾救援疏散设计研究 被引量:21

摘要 研究目的:武广客运专线大瑶山隧道群由三座隧道、两座桥梁组成,其中最长的隧道为大瑶山一号隧道,长度为10.081 km,因此采用了单洞双线隧道方案。然而,该隧道群总长度达24.702 km,与双洞双线隧道相比,其运营期间的防灾救援疏散条件存在先天不足。为了合理设置大瑶山隧道群防灾救援疏散设施,保证旅客运输安全,需对该隧道群的防灾救援疏散方案进行专门研究。研究结论:通过对国内外长大隧道运营期间防灾救援疏散设计的分析研究,结合大瑶山隧道群所处地形条件及外部道路情况,提出了大瑶山隧道群利用施工辅助坑道作为隧道紧急出口、在大瑶山一号隧道出口与二号隧道进口之间的黄土湾大桥露天场地设置紧急救援站的设计思路。该设计方案可确保长度20 km以上的单洞双线隧道群满足运营期间的防灾救援疏散要求;与双洞双线隧道相比,还可降低工程造价、节省工程投资。 Research purposes: The Dayaoshan Tunnel group of Wuhan- Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line consists of three tunnels and two bridges, and in which, the longest tunnel is Dayaoshan Tunnel 1, with the length of 10.081 km and it is a single - tunnel double - track tunnel. However, the total length of the tunnel group is up to 24. 702 km. Compared with a double - tunnel double - track tunnel, the disaster prevention and rescue evacuation condition of this tunnel group during operation is inadequate. In order to install disaster prevention and rescue evacuation facilities for Dayaoshan Tunnel group to ensure the safety of passenger traffic, the special study is done on the disaster prevention and rescue evacuation scheme for the tunnel group. Research conclusions:Through the analysis and study on design of disaster prevention and rescue evacuation during operations of long tunnels at home and abroad, and in combination with the terrain conditions and external road conditions of the Dayaoshan Tunnel group, a design scheme was offered that the auxiliary tunnel construction was used as an emergency exit for Dayaoshan Tunnel group and an emergency rescue station was installed in the open area beside Huangtuwan Bridge between the exit of Dayaoshan Tunnel 1 and the entrance of Dayaoshan Tunnel 2. With this design scheme, the requirements of disaster prevention and rescue evacuation forthe single - tunnel double - track tunnel group with length more than 20 km during operation could met. Compared with double - tunnel double - track tunnel, by doing so, the construction costs and investment could be cut and saved.
