摘要
目的:分析信号转导与转录激活因子-4(signal transducer and activator of transcription-4,STAT4)、Bax与c-myc在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织及正常肺组织中的表达,并比较STAT4与Bax、c-myc之间的关系,初步探讨STAT4与NSCLC发生发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化染色SP法,检测STAT4、Bax与c-myc在40例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织中的表达情况。结果:①STAT4在NSCLC组织中的表达明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.01)。②STAT4在腺癌组织中的表达显著高于鳞癌(P<0.01)。③STAT4与Bax在NSCLC组织中的表达比较无相关性(P>0.05)。④STAT4与c-myc在NSCLC组织中的表达比较无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:①STAT4在NSCLC组织中表达增加,且与肿瘤的组织学类型有关,提示STAT4在NSCLC的发生过程中可能发挥了某种作用。②STAT4在NSCLC组织中的表达与Bax、c-myc无相关性,提示STAT4可能没有从促凋亡及癌基因相关途径发挥其作用。
Objective: To investigate the expressions of STAT4,Bax and c-myc in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and normal lung tissues;and to study their relationship.Methods: Forty resected tissue samples form patients with NSCLC and twenty normal lung tissues were subjected to immunohistochemical staining(SP) for STAT4,Bax and c-myc.Results: ①The positive expression rate of STAT4 in NSCLC was obviously higher than in normal lung tissues(P〈0.01).②Expression of STAT4 in NSCLC was concerned with histological types,and the expression in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than in squamous cell carcinoma(P〈0.01).③No relationship was found between STAT4 and Bax overexpression(P〉0.05).④No relationship was found between STAT4 and c-myc overexpression(P〉0.05).Conclusion:①STAT4 was overexpressed in human NSCLC and concerned with the histological types.It indicated that STAT4 might play a special role in occurrence and development of lung cancer.② No relationship was found between STAT4 and Bax or STAT4 and c-myc,indicating that STAT4 played its role in occurrence and development of NSCLC regardless of apoptosis and oncogene.
