四川省市售紫花地丁的品种鉴别

IDENTIFICATION OF MARKET SUPPLIED HERBA VIOLAE IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

目的:调查紫花地丁在四川境内的用药情况,以指导临床用药。方法:采用性状、显微、理化鉴定方法对市售紫花地丁进行鉴别。结果:经鉴定发现,市面上存在许多紫花地丁的代用品种,其中大多是其同科植物如长萼堇菜、戟叶堇菜、心叶堇菜和野堇等。另有其它科的植物也作紫花地丁入药。结论:用简单的鉴定方法基本分辨出正品紫花地丁与代用品或伪品,为指导临床用药和品种分辨提供了依据。

Objective： To identify the different species of Herba Violae in Sichuan province.Methods： Morphologic,microscopic,physical and chemical identification were used to identify Herba Violae and its adulterants.Results： There are many substitutes or adulterants of Herba Violae in the market.Most of them come from the genus Viola,such as V.inconspicua,V.betonicifolia,V.cordifolia and V.alisoviana.Conclusion： Simple methods can be used for authenticating Hebar Violae from their adulterants.The results provide a basic method for authenticating and clinical medication.
