区域交通分流路网设计的双层优化模型及算法 被引量:3

Bi-level Optimization Model and Its Algorithm for Designing Highway Network for Regional Traffic Divergence

摘要 针对区域路网交通分流技术中的分流路网优化与选择问题,分析了分流路网与基础路网的关系,确定了分流成本的构成与量化方法,在此基础上提出了以分流成本最小化为上层目标、以用户均衡为下层目标的区域交通分流路网设计的双层优化模型,进而给出了考虑路网拓扑结构完整性和反Braess假定的模型启发式求解方法,并对算法的效率进行了分析。最后,结合算例分析验证了模型及其求解方法的可行性。该方法同时寻优获得了小型车和大型车两个分流路网。 Aimed at the highway network optimization for traffic divergence,which is a key problem in regional traffic divergence technology,the relationship between divergence highway network and basic highway network was analyzed,and the composition as well as calculation method of divergence cost were determined.Then,the bi-level optimization model for designing highway network for traffic divergence based on the minimization of divergence cost and the user equilibrium was put forward.The heuristic algorithm considering the topology structure integrality and anti-Braess assumption was employed to solve the model,and the efficiency of the algorithm was analyzed.Lastly,the case study shows the feasibility of the model and the algorithm,and the optimal divergence highway networks for small vehicles and large vehicles were obtained simultaneously by the presented method.
