高速公路组合型波形板活动式钢护栏开发 被引量:12

Development of Combined Movable Steel Barrier with Corrugated Beam for Freeway

摘要 根据高速公路实际使用需求开发了一种组合型波形板活动式钢护栏,设置在中央分隔带开口处。基于现行规范的要求确定了碰撞试验条件和安全性能评价标准,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA对车辆-活动护栏的碰撞过程进行了数值模拟,并开展了实车碰撞试验对活动护栏的防护能力进行验证。试验结果表明:该活动护栏的碰撞能量达到160kJ,满足Am级的防撞等级要求;试验小型客车、大型客车碰撞护栏后均未发生穿越、翻越、下穿护栏的现象,驶出角度分别为9.2°和5.4°,表明护栏具有良好的导向作用;小型客车、大型客车碰撞过程中护栏的最大动态变形量分别为480 mm和560 mm,小型客车重心处三向加速度均小于20g;各项安全性能指标均符合现行规范的要求。 A kind of combined movable steel barrier with corrugated beam,which will be installed at the opening of median,was developed for freeway.According to current specification,the impact conditions and safety evaluation criterion were determined.The FEA software,LS-DYNA,was used for simulation of impact process of vehicle to the movable barrier,and real impact tests were carried out for verifying the protection capability of the movable barrier.The test result shows that(1) the impact energy of the movable barrier exceeded 160 kJ,which could meet the Am impact grade;(2) no penetrating,overriding or under-riding of both car and bus occurred after impacting with the movable barriers,and the exit angle are 9.2°and 5.4°respectively,which indicated the redirection advantage of the barriers;(3) the maximum dynamic deformation of the movable barrier during impacting process of both car and bus are 480 mm and 560 mm respectively,and the accelerations in all three directions at the gravity center of car did not exceed 20g.All of the safety performance parameters of the movable barrier accord with the requirements of the current specification.
