实习教师与优秀教师课堂提问的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文用四个维度对实习生和优秀教师的课堂提问进行对比分析,发现实习生在推理性提问、解释性问题以及设计提问针对性上和优秀教师有明显差距,提出了实习生成长为优秀教师的三个步骤。
