关于汉语副词“很”的日译

Japanese Translation of Chinese Degree Adverb "hen(很)"

在现代汉语中,程度副词"很"是一个使用频率相当高的词,其语法功能活跃,使用范围广泛。在日语中与"很"对应的副词非常多,但是它们的语法功能却没有汉语的活跃,可以说"很"的日译是一个难点。文章从"很"修饰形容词、修饰动词、修饰"不+形∕动"结构、修饰成语、修饰一部分名词五个方面讨论了"很"在翻译成日语时可采用的方法。

In modern Chinese,the degree adverb ＂hen＂ is used frequently and its grammatical function is active.However in Japanese,there are a lot of adverbs corresponding to the ＂hen＂.Besides,their grammatical functions are not as active as these in Chinese,therefore it is difficult to translate ＂hen＂ into Japanese.The paper discusses five ways to translate ＂hen＂ which modifies adjective,verb,＂not ＋ adjective/verb＂ structure,idioms and part of nouns.In general,literal translation,free translation,antonyms and「…てたまらない」 can be employed to translate it.
