论高职高专工商管理类专业创业人才培养模式的改进

Entrepreneurial Cultivating Pattern of Business Administration Professionals in Higher Vocational College

创业型人才的紧缺,既是制约我国经济发展的"瓶颈",也是造成目前我国大学生就业形势严峻的重要原因之一。鼓励大学生自主创业,实现以创业带动就业,是解决当前就业难题的必要选择。新形势下,高等职业教育应突出培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,普遍提高学生的人文素质和科学素质,将创业精神作为提高自身的人文素质和科学素质的基本条件。该文旨在提出当前我国高职高专工商管理类专业人才创业培养模式在发展中存在的诸多不足,并针对其不足之处,提出了改进建议。

The shortage of entrepreneurial talents is not only the bottleneck of restricting economic development of our country,but also one of the important reasons leads to the severe employment situation among college students in our country at present.Encouraging college students to establish their own businesses so that the entrepreneurship can drive the employment market,which is the necessary choice to solve the present employment problem.That put forwards new requirements for higher education,vocational education.Under new situation,higher vocational education should highlight cultivating practical ability and innovative ability of students,and enhance their humanity quality and scientific quality generally,which make enterprising spirit as the basic condition of improving personal humanity quality and scientific quality.This issue writes to put forward that there exists many shortages in the development of entrepreneurial cultivating pattern of higher vocational professionals in business administration in our country at present.Thus offers some proposals to improve the entrepreneurial talents cultivating mode.
