紫外分光光度法测定毛茛中总皂苷的含量 被引量:2

摘要 以齐墩果酸为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法于205nm处测定毛茛中总皂苷含量.结果表明,齐墩果酸在0.0024~0.0480g.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.10%(,n=6,RSD=0.98%),测得毛茛中总皂苷含量为4%;该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于毛茛中总皂苷的含量测定. The content of total saponins in Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.was determined by UV-Spectrophotometry,using Oleanolic acid as control sample.The results showed that the linear range of Oleanolic acid were 0.0024-0.0480g·ml-1(r=0.999 7).The average recoveries were 99.10%,with RSD of 0.98%,the content of total saponins were 4 %;the method was proved to be simple,precise and reproduciable.It can be used for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Ranunculus japonicus Thunb..
