摘要
农村公共产品供给事关农民收入的增加和生活环境的改善,也是党的十七大报告提出,要"着力保障和改善民生","加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设"的重要内容。该文通过分析农村公共产品供给的制约因素,破解农村公共产品供给存在的主要问题,希望对将来更好地为农民提供公共产品,拉动内需,促进民生建设有所帮助。
Rural public product relates to the increase of farmers＇ income and improvement of living environment,also is an important content of the report of the 17th CPC National Congress.The report put forward to effort to protect and improve people＇s livelihood,accelerate social construction to improve people＇s livelihood.This paper analyzes the restraining factors of supply of rural public product and solves the main problems of supply of rural public product with helpful for better for farmers to provide public product,stimulating domestic demand,promoting livelihood development in the future.
