阐述了"低碳生活"与"低碳生态城市"的概念和两者之间的关系,揭示了低碳循环经济是世界发展的趋势,低碳生态城市是低碳循环经济发展的必然过程,低碳生活是低碳生态城市规划的终极目标,同时指出在城市规划中仅仅是运用"低碳循环经济"的先进技术理论规划出"低碳城市"思路是远远不够的,必须依托于"低碳生活"才能实现低碳生态城市的规划目的。

This paper elaborated the concept and the relationship of ＂low carbon life＂ and ＂low carbon ecological city＂,revealed the low carbon circulation economy was the trend of world development,low carbon ecological city was the inevitable process of low carbon circulation economy development,low carbon life was the ultimate goal of low carbon ecological city planning.It also pointed out that in city planning just using the advanced technology theory of ＂low carbon economy＂ planed the thought of ＂low carbon city＂ was far insufficient,must rely on the ＂low carbon life＂ in order to achieve low carbon ecological city planning purpose.
