摘要
介绍了天津地铁3号线营口道站大里程端头井加固采用注浆与高压旋喷桩加固相结合的加固方法对盾构出洞加固体进行加固,通过合理选择加固区长度、注浆顺序及注浆参数,合理控制注浆施工工艺,形成具有一定强度和抗渗能力作用的加固体,经检测,加固后加固体强度达到要求,止水加固效果良好。
The paper introduces the combination of grouting and high-pressure chemical churning piles is adopted in the consolidation project of the large mileage original well at Yingkoudao station of No.3 of Tianjin metro to strengthen the shield exit,forms the consolidation form with certain strength and anti-seepage capacity according to the reasonable selection of the length of the consolidation zone,the grouting order and the grouting parameter,and the reasonable control of parameter,and indicates the consolidation strength reached the requirements after the consolidation and the effect of water seal and consolidation is better.
