摘要
2010年《科学转化医学》杂志首次发表了耶鲁大学研究人员关于中药古方黄芩汤来源的实验室配方PHY906用于减轻化疗药物伊立替康胃肠道副作用的论文。该研究对于中药尤其是方剂的创新研究提供了新的研究模式和经验借鉴。笔者试图就该研究对未来中药(方剂)研究的意义与启示做一点粗浅的探讨。
In the latest issue of Science Translational Medicine, a study was published related to the beneficial effect of a modern laboratory formula derived from an ancient Chinese medicine formula termed Huangqin Tang in reducing the gastrointestinal toxic effects of irinotecan in chemotherapy. This study was performed by researchers from Yale University. It provides new research models and experiences for Chinese medicine formula investigation and development. In this commentary, the authors discussed the inspirational significance of this report.
