小组工作介入行为偏差儿童辅导的策略以南京市珠江路X小学为例

摘要 人的偏差行为普遍存在于各个年龄段,只是学龄阶段的儿童表现更为明显,许多人的偏差行为就是在儿童时期形成的。学龄儿童的偏差行为大致可以分为外向性行为、内向性行为、学业适应问题和偏畸习癖。小组工作介入偏差行为的辅导可以充分发挥同龄群体、游戏等影响力,促使其改变不良行为并通过社会学习强化并巩固已取得的改变。在小组工作介入过程中可以采取"投其所好"、灵活多样、差别对待、注重评估的方法来矫正儿童的偏差行为。 Human deviant behaviors generally exist in every age group, especially in the school age children, a stage at which many people develop their deviant behaviors. School children's deviant behaviors roughly fall into four kinds, i.e., external- izing behavior, internalizing behavior, learning adaptation problems and abnormal habits. Intervention into deviant behaviors can make full use of such strategies as peer group and games to change their habits. Moreover, the improved habits can he strengthened by adopting social learning method. In the course of intervention work, it is important to cater to children's interest, to be flexible, to treat them differently and to highlight assessments.
