MMP-2与宫颈癌

摘要 肿瘤的浸润与转移是恶性肿瘤的主要生物学特征,而细胞外基质(ext racell mat rix,ECM)的降解是肿瘤侵蚀正常组织和开始转移的信号及重要途径。细胞外基质的降解主要依靠蛋白水解酶,蛋白水解酶分为6类:脯肽酶、丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天冬氨酸蛋白酶、糖苷酶和基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,简称MMPs)。(MMPs),MMPs是其中较为重要的一类,现已发现26余种金属蛋白酶,其中金属蛋白酶-2在肿瘤的浸润和转移中起了关键作用。
