机械热力清洗消毒处理氧气湿化瓶的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨消毒供应中心(CSSD)集中机械热力消毒处理氧气湿化瓶的优点。方法选取临床各病区患者使用后回收至CSSD的氧气湿化瓶320个,随机分为实验组与对照组,各160个,实验组使用机械热力消毒后干燥箱吹干的方法处理,对照组使用500mg/L含氯消毒剂浸泡消毒并自然晾干的方法处理。对2组氧气湿化瓶于消毒后保存的第1、3、5、7天,每组每次分别随机抽取40个样本进行细菌学培养,观察2种方法的消毒效果;并对2种方法全程处理所需的时间进行分析。结果实验组在消毒后第1、3、5、7天所有样本均为合格(无菌生长或细菌菌落总数应≤20cfu/100cm2),符合卫生部《医院消毒卫生标准》关于物品表面消毒效果的监测要求;对照组消毒后第1、3天共80个样本均为合格,消毒后第5、7天分别有6个、8个样本不合格(细菌菌落数培养>20cfu/100cm2),和实验组比较P值均≤0.05;实验组的消毒时间为80min,对照组消毒时间为220min。结论机械热力消毒法用于氧气湿化瓶的清洗消毒处理,效果确切,无消毒液残留,处理耗时短,便于临床科室保存和使用,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the advantages of mechanical thermal disinfection in sterilizing oxygen wet bottles in department of supply.Methods:320 recovery oxygen wet bottles were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,the oxygen wet bottles were sterilized by mechanical thermal disinfection and dried by drier.In the control group,the oxygen wet bottles were soaked in 500mg/L chlorine disinfection and natural dry.40 samples were randomly selected for bacteriological culture in the 1,3,5,7 days after the disinfection in each group to observe the effects of two methods of sterilization.We also compared two methods of time.Results:(1)All samples were qualified(No bacterial growth /the total number of bacterial growth or bacterial colonies should be ≤20cfu/100cm2)and consistent with monitoring requirements on the item surface disinfection in 《Standard disinfection in hospitals》in the 1,3,5,7 days after the disinfection in the experimental group.(1)80 samples were qualified in the 1 and 3 days after the disinfection in the control group,but there were 6 and 8 unsatisfactory samples(The number of colonies of bacteria culture20cfu/100cm2)in the 5 and 7 days after the disinfection in the control group.Compared with the experimental group,P≤0.05.(3)Disinfection time in the experimental group is 80min,the control grou is 220min.Conclusion:Compared with the chemical disinfection,the mechanical thermal disinfection is more effective and less time-consuming in sterilizing oxygen wet bottles and worths promoting.
