近五年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

The Clinical Study Progress of Acupuncture Therapy on Prolapse of Intervertebral Disc in the Last 5 Years.

综述了近五年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究近况。按不同针灸方法、特色针灸、特异性穴位治疗等方面进行综述。认为针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的疗效,特别是特色针灸、特异性穴位疗法具有其特点,但也还存在一些不足。今后应进一步从针灸治疗机理、针刺方法、穴位筛选、特色针灸等方面进行深入研究,对本病的诊疗标准也应进一步统一。

We have summarized the recent developments study oi acupunture therapy on prolapse ol mterverteDrat OlSC in the last 5 years. Method： we stated them from different acupuncture, characteristic acupuncture, distinctive acupoint and so on. Conclusion： acupunture therapy, especially characteristic acupuncture, distinctive acupoint have a better curative effect on prolapse of intervertebral disc, but there also exist some deficiencies. In the future, we should go an intensive study on the acupuncture mechanism, method, acupoint selection, characteristic acupuncture and so on. We also should unify the diagnostic and therapy criteria of prolapse of intervertebral disc.
