This paper introduces the connotation of ＂ 5S＂ management, to analyze the current problems existing in the experimental practice teaching by applying the ＂ 5S＂ management concepts into the experimental class; improving practical teaching quality, the management of laboratory assistant, the professional demeanor and experiment ability of students.Through the practice of proof, to apply the ＂ 5S ＂ management into the teaching of chemical experiment is applicable.
