中药治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的临床观察

Clinical observation treatment of xerostomia after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Chinese drugs

目的探讨中药治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的临床疗效。方法常规放疗后的鼻咽癌患者65例,采用口干问卷法进行调查,分析口干燥程度,并根据辨证论治给予中药治疗,观察中药治疗口干燥症的疗效。结果治疗组轻度口干15例(45.5%),中度口干16例(48.5%),重度口干2例(6.0%)。对照组轻度口干8例(25.0%),中度口干19例(59.4%),重度口干5例(15.6%),两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症对患者生存质量有严重影响,中药能促进唾液分泌,改善鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症。

Objective To study efficacy of Chinese drugs in treatment of xerostomia after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty-five nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were given a questionnaire to investigate xerostomia following conventional radiation therapy.They were divided into control group（32 cases） and study group（33 cases）.The patients suffered from xerostomia in study group were treated with Chinese grugs based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results Xerostomia was found in all 65 patients.Mild,moderate and severe xerostomia occurred in 15（45.5%）,16（48.5%）and 2（6.0%）cases of the study group,while in 8（25.0%）,19（59.4%）and 5（15.6%）cases of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Xerostomia has significant impact on the patient′s life quality.Chinese drug can ameliorate xerostomia obviously by promoting salivary secretion.
