类似脑膜瘤的颅内巨大动脉瘤6例 被引量：1

摘要 例1，男，32岁。因“巨大脑动脉瘤伴血栓形成”行开颅瘤体切除术后7年再次出现眼球胀痛、突出、视力障碍1年于1988年10月10日入院。CT扫描提示为脑膜瘤。经股动脉插管右侧颈动脉造影见仅显示颈外动脉。左侧颈动脉造影，呈右额颞占位性征象。11月24日，全麻下右额颞开颅，术中见瘤内为血栓机化组织，予以大部切除，瘤内出血，手指暂填塞止血，分块切除瘤壁，见瘤颈宽大、壁厚，
