结合中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司炼油改造项目火炬适应性改造工程,对比石化企业多套火炬系统布置方案,介绍了可拆卸捆绑式高架火炬的基本原理和组成,对其结构特点、安装维修进行了分析,并对其技术经济优势进行了阐述,提出了可拆卸捆绑式高架火炬是未来高架火炬发展方向。

Connecting with the torch adaptability reform in petroleum reform project of the Company, and comparing with the layout of several torch systems in petrochemical industry, the basic principle and composition of detachable bundled elevated torch were introduced; the structural characteristics, installation and maintenance of the torch were analyzed; and the techno - economic predominance was illustrated. Conclusion was made that detachable bundled elevated torch was the development trend of elevated torch in the future.
