6例POEMS综合征患者的临床表现及误诊分析 被引量：2

摘要 POEMS综合征是一种较为少见的多系统受累的副肿瘤综合征,可累及周围神经、内分泌、血液、皮肤、肾脏、消化等多个系统。它的发生与潜在的浆细胞恶性增生有关。其病因、发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前没有统一的诊断标准。因其病情复杂,临床容易误诊。现将我院近5年收治的6例POEMS综合征患者临床资料进行总结分析,
