摘要阵发性心房颤动是原发性高血压患者常见的一种心律失常,其危害主要为降低心排出量,促进血栓形成,增加中风的危险性。心房颤动的发生与维持与遗传基因、心房的电和结构重构及系统的炎症反应相关。药物治疗仍为目前心房颤动治疗的主要方法,胺碘酮是目前最常用的心房颤动复律药物,但其有效率为50%～70%。
