摘要
通过高温动态腐蚀评价试验考察了高酸原油脱酸前后的腐蚀性。试验结果表明,316 L钢对高酸原油的耐蚀性能最好,0Cr13钢和SS321钢耐蚀性能明显优于1Cr5Mo钢和20 g钢,1Cr5Mo钢和20 g钢的耐蚀性能相差不大;其中0Cr13钢和SS321钢在300℃以上的腐蚀速率急剧增加。高酸原油经过溶剂脱酸后,其腐蚀性显著降低,一级脱酸后原油的腐蚀性降低了70%以上,二级脱酸后降低了80%以上。
The corrosivities of acidic crude oil before and after deacidification were investigated on the high - temperature dynamic corrosion evaluation equipment. The experimental resuhs indicated that 316L performed the best in corrosion resistance,0Cr13 and SS321 steels exhibited much better corrosion resistance than 1CrSMo and 20g steels and the corrosion resistance performance of 1CrSMo and 20g steels are almost the same. When the temperature exceeded 300℃ ,the corrosion rate of 0Cr13 and SS321 steels increased rapidly. The corresivity of acidic crude oil decreased markedly after naphthenic acid in the crude oil was removed. The corrosivity of crude oil after 1st - stage deacidification was reduced by up to 70 % while that after 2nd - stage deacidification decreased by up to 80 %.
