碱性固硫剂对电脱盐的影响

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司西安石化分公司Ⅲ套常减压蒸馏装置由于进装置原油中添加了强碱性固硫剂,造成电脱盐变压器跳闸甚至配电线路配件烧断,电脱盐后原油中盐和水的质量浓度超标,多次造成常压塔"冲塔",导致产品石脑油不合格、电脱盐排水中油的质量分数和COD超标。经过优选固硫剂和对电脱盐工艺参数进行调整,目前该装置电脱盐后原油中盐的质量浓度可以稳定在4 mg/L以下,达到了装置历史最好水平。 When the alkali desulfurization agent was added to the crude oil of No. 3 atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Xi'an Petrochemical Company,the transformer of the electric desaher tripped and electric circuits failed. The salt and water concentrations in the desalted oil were out of specifications and atmospheric tower frequently flooded, leading to the off - specifications of product naphtha,the oil content in the blowdown water and COD. After proper selection of desulfurization agent and adjustment of process parameters in desaher operation,the mass concentration in desalted crude of the electric desalting nit can be maintained at lower that 4 mg/L,the lowest in unit operation history
