主要阐述水厂混凝剂投加的MFA控制和SCM控制的研究及实践,通过中试基地的MFA混凝剂投加控制的测试和水厂生产流程上的SCM混凝剂投加控制的实践应用,获取相关数据和曲线图,分析两种控制方式的混凝剂投加曲线特性,对比两种控制方式的效果,为水厂混凝剂投加控制的技术改造和研究提供参考依据。

Study and practice on coagulants feed of MFA control and SCM control in shakou water plant were introduced. By testing of coagulants feed MFA control in a pilot plant and practice on coagulants feed SCM control in water plant production scale, pertinent data and graph were obtained, the characteristic of the two control modes were analyzed and the effect of the two control modes were contrasted for decision-making of coagulants feed control technology reconstraction and study in the water plant.
