摘要
利用重力式油水分离模拟试验装置,以柴油和水为试验介质,并使用激光粒度仪和显微高速摄像法测量液滴粒径。通过分析液滴粒径的分离效率,研究了7种物理聚结构件对水包油乳化物的分离特性。结果表明:对于水包油型乳状液,亲油性聚结填料的油水分离效果要优于亲水性聚结填料,表面粗糙的亲油性聚结填料效果较好;激光粒度仪和显微高速摄像法的测量结果可以直观反映聚结构件聚结效果,聚结构件的有效分离粒径>20μm;显微高速摄像法测量液滴粒径与激光粒度仪测量结果接近,但需要放大倍数更高的显微镜头才能准确测量液滴直径。
The separating behavior of 7 types of physical coalescence internals were studied through an oil-water separation simulating system by using diesel and water as work fluid.Particle diameter has been analyzed by using laser particle analyzer and high-speed video camera in the experiment.The separating efficiency of separator with different coalescent packing has also been evaluated in virtue of grain diameter mass separation efficiency from microcosmic view.It can be found from the result that the effect of oleophylic coalescent packing is better than that of hydrophilic ones,and the packing with rough surface are better than others.The results from laser particle analyzer and high-speed video camera can directly show the coalescence effect of coalescent packing.The particles can be effectively separated by coalescent packing are larger than 20μm.The particle diameters measured by high-speed video camera are similar to the results from laser particle analyzer,but lens with high amplification factor are needed to accurately measure the particle diameters.
