摘要 粒子冲击钻井是一种以粒子冲击破岩为主的新型钻井技术,能有效解决目前坚硬地层钻井中常出现的钻进速度慢、钻头寿命短等问题。为分析影响粒子冲击钻井中粒子破岩效果的因素,应用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA建立球形钢粒子冲击岩石的三维实体模型,模拟了粒子冲击岩石的全过程。通过分析粒子入射参数随岩石的能量吸收率和侵彻体积的变化规律,得出粒子入射速度为120~150 m/s、粒子直径为2.5~4.5 mm和入射角度为0~10°时为宜。 Particle impact drilling is a new drilling technology which is dominated by particle impacting.The problems of drilling hard formation such as low drilling speed and short service life of bit can be effectively solved.To analyze the factors of rock breaking effect in particle impact drilling,the process of rock breaking of particle impacting was simulated by establishing three dimensional finite element models with nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA.By analyzing change laws of incident parameters with volume of rock breaking and rate of energy absorption,the incident velocity of 120~150 m/s,particle diameter of 2.5~4.5 mm and incident angle of 0~10°are advisable.
