摘要
对现场使用失效的2种抽油杆强化接箍试样进行宏观形貌、微观形貌、化学成分、硬度及金相组织等分析。结果表明:一种接箍的失效是由于表面强化层厚度较薄引起的;另一种接箍失效原因是表面强化层硬度低、质地疏松且存在微裂纹,强化层与基体结合不紧密,基体组织为带状组织,组织存在缺陷。
Two kinds of application sucker rod couplings failed,the corrosion failure samples were analyzed by macro-fracture,micro-fracture,chemical composition,hardness and microstructure.The results showed that one coupling' failure resulted from the thickness of the surface strengthening phase while another coupling' failure was caused by the flaws of strengthening phase and substrate microstructure.The adhesion strength between them was low and the banded structure existed defects.
