2010年潍坊市扩大国家免疫规划相关监测信息报告评价

Monitoring Information Report Appraisal of Expanded Program on National Immunization in Weifang,2010

目的了解潍坊市扩大国家免疫规划相关监测信息报告现状,促进免疫规划工作的发展。方法 通过《中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统》数据导出后进行分析。结果全市12个县(市、区)级常规接种、第二类疫苗接种、冷链设备档案、接种单位档案报告的完整性均为100%;免疫规划各类疫苗报告接种率除奎文脊灰疫苗乙脑疫苗第二针94.74%以外,其他均在95%以上。全市乙肝疫苗首针报告及时接种率为98.51%。估算接种率为37.55%～133.45%。结论 潍城、寒亭、临朐、安丘、高密、昌邑等疫苗估算接种率总体较低,需进一步加强常规免疫接种工作和数据报告管理。

Objective To understand the monitoring information report situation of expanded program of national immunization in Weifang, promote the development of immunization program.Methods The data was derived from ＂China Immunization Program MonitorInformation Management System＂ and analyzed. Results Among 12 counties （city,district） of the whole city, the report integrity of the level convention vaccination,Ⅱvaccine vaccination, cold chain equipment file and the vaccination institutions file were all 100%.Each kind of vaccine in immunization program,the reported vaccination coverage rates were above 95% except of Cravens JE vaccine polio vaccine second dose was 94.74%.The reported timely coverage of Hepatitis B vaccine first dose in whole city was 98.51%.The estimated vaccination coverage was 37.55-133.45%. Conclusion The estimated vaccination coverage in Weicheng, Hanting, Linqu, Anqiu, Gaomi and Changyi etc.are low, the routine immunization vaccination work and the data report management should be further strengthened.
