放射治疗在眼眶横纹肌肉瘤中的应用

Radiotherapy for orbital rhabdomyosarcoma

目的同顾性分析放射治疗眼眶横纹肌肉瘤的效果。方法对19例眼眶横纹肌肉瘤患者给予放射治疗,男10例,女9例。全组中位照射剂量45(32.4～54)Gy,中位随访57.7(29～98)个月。结果 3年生存率89%,5年生存率83%;3年无病生存率84%,5年无病生存率78%。其中3例治疗后局部复发,1例远处转移。结论选择合理照射技术,给予个体化剂量照射,对眼眶横纹肌肉瘤患者可以获得长期生存。

Objective To analyze retrospectively the outcome of treating orbital rhabdomyosarcoma with radiotherapy. Meth- ods From December 2002 to May 2008, 19 patients （ ten males and nine females） aged 5 to 18 with orbital rhabdomyosarcoma re- ceived radiotherapy. The media dose was 45 Gy （ range, 32.4 - 54 Gy）. The media duration of follow - up was 57.7 months （ range, 29 - 98 months）. Results The overall survival rate at 3 and 5 years was 89% and 83 % . The disease - free survival at 3 and 5 years was 84% and 78% respectively. Treatment failure was shown by local relapse in three patients and distant metastasis in one patient. Conclusions Orbital rhabdomyosarcoma can be cured with radiotherapy.
