牙周炎干预治疗对低体重新生儿的预防作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨通过对孕妇牙周病治疗能否降低低体重新生儿的发生率。方法 120例孕妇分为3组,其中实验组为牙周炎治疗组孕妇共40例;两个对照组分别为,对照组1:40例无牙周炎孕妇;对照组2:40例未经处理的牙周炎孕妇。实验组整个妊娠期接受牙周炎治疗,而对照组只进行同期监测,待分娩后分别记录各组新生儿体重数据。结果牙周病治疗组低体重新生儿的发生率为15.00%,对照组1为12.50%,两者无统计学差异(RR为0.69;95%置信区间为0.35-1.43)。而未经处理的牙周炎孕妇组其低体重新生儿的发生率(27.50%),与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论牙周炎治疗对低体重新生儿具有预防作用,两者间关联性需要进一步评估。 Objective To find out whether periodontal therapy among pregnant women can reduce the incidence of low birth weight. Methods The samples comprised 120 pregnant women: 40 in the experimental group (treated for periodontitis), 40 in con- trol group 1 (without periodontitis ) and 40 in control group 2 (with untreated periodontitis) after a rigorous screening. They were grouped according to the non - random method. The experimental group received periodontal treatment throughout pregnancy while con- trol group 1 was only monitored over the same period. After delivery, birthweight information on the newborns was obtained. Logistic regression and analysis of variance were used for comparison. Results The incidence of low birth weight among women with treated periodontitis waslS. 00%, but 12.50% in the group without periodontal disease. However, the difference was not statistically signifi- cant (RR 0.69 ; 95% CI 0.35 - 1.43). The incidence in the group with untreated periodontitis (27.50%) was higher than in the other two groups. Conclusions Periodontal therapy can help prevent low birth weight.
