过度城镇化下的失地农民社会保障问题研究——以陕西省为例

Lost land farmer social security guarantee problem research under situation of over urbanization——take Shangxi province as example

由于地方政府"土地财政"的利益需求,导致当前城镇发展出现过度城镇化。由此产生一系列失地农民保障难题。以陕西省为例,开发区的重复建设,使得失地农民急速增加,当前只有通过防止过度城镇化,减少失地农民数量,完善社会保障制度等措施才能解决这一问题。

Along with urbanization,industrializati on advancement speed up,a large number of rural collective land is expropriated,and produce a great deal of land-losing peasants.with overurbanization,local government competes interests with Land Finance.Through study of land-loss farmers living and social security status in shanxi province,identify shanxi City Farmers Social Security problems and the causes,and finally by improving the shanxi land-losing peasant social security system of related measures.
