摘要
陕西农村人力资源开发具有非常重要的意义,然而陕西农村人力资源开发存在诸多问题,要采取健全开发机构、打通开发渠道、明确开发主体、加大资金投入力度、丰富开发内容、更新开发手段等措施来进行。
The rural human resource exploitation in Shaanxi has great meanings.However,it has a lot of problems.We should adopt a sound development agencies,through the development channels,definite the main of exploitation,increase its fund input,enrich the exploited content,update the means of exploitation.
