摘要
创意产业作为一种新兴产业形态,属高端战略性产业,代表着全球产业发展的新方向。中国创意产业发展应植根中华文化、立足国内市场、实行重点发展、打造创意精品、构建完整创意产业链、重视自主知识产权开发和自主品牌创立。为此,国家需要从战略高度制定创意产业发展规划,加强对创意产业的研究,重视知识产权保护和市场中介体系建设,重视创意产业高端人才的培养与引进。
As one new-born industrial formation,Creative Industry belongs to high-ranking strategic industry.It representatives the new developing direction of global industry.The development of Chinese creative industry should be rooted in Chinese culture,keep its foothold in domestic market,break through the focal point,create the excellent production,build integrated productive chain,and stress on the creation of autonomous knowledge property and the autonomous brand.Our country needs to make the developing plan of creative industry from the strategic viewpoint,stress on the protection of knowledge property and the construction of market medium system,focus on the training and introduction of talented persons in creative industry.
