摘要
预付费式消费作为一种新型消费模式,在运行过程中出现了诸多问题,引起了许多消费者的不满。本文结合具体的案例,分析了预付费式消费存在的风险和弊端,讨论消费者应如何维护自身权益,并提出了健全和完善预付费式消费制度方面的建议。
Prepaid type consumption as a new consumption model,which appears many problems in operation process,has caused discontent of consumers.Combined with a specific example,the article analyzes the risks and abuses of the prepayment type consumption,discussing how should consumers safeguard their own rights and interests,and proposes several suggestions to improve and perfect the system of pre-paid type consumption.
