隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶损伤检测 被引量:16

Destructive Testing of Structural Silicone Sealant Applied on Concealed Frame Curtain Walls

摘要 将动态测试方法应用于隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶的损伤与老化程度识别中。通过试验指出,结构胶脱胶位置处的玻璃模态位移振型比未损伤时振幅明显增大,频率随脱胶长度的增大而降低;随着结构胶老化时间的增长,结构胶对玻璃的粘结作用力不断下降,玻璃的固有频率变化率也不断增大,因而可通过频率变化率来识别结构胶的老化程度。 A dynamic measurement method was used for identifying degree of the damage and aging of the structure silicone sealant applied on concealed frame curtain walls.The results show that the amplitude of the displacement modal shape is increased significantly at the debond position and the natural frequency decreased with increasing of debond length of the structural silicone sealant.With increasing of the aging time,the bond strength between the galss and structural silicone sealant decreases,and the natural frequency change rate of the curtain wall glass increases,thus natural frequency change rate of the glass can be used to judge the aging degree of the structural silicone sealant.
