This paper presents the accurate calculation method of distance from the skirt cylinder's upper end surface to the tower reactor's head tangent and operation flow chart according to the support form of the cylindrical skirt. Through analysis and comparison of several calculation methods commonly used at present,and combined with engineering examples,the paper shows that the method provided in it has high precision calculation,simple operation and strong practicality.
