二蒸馏阀门问题处理及标准改进建议

THE HANDLING OF PROBLEMS EXISTING IN VALVES OF VACUUM DISTILLATION UNIT AND SUGGESTIONS ON STANDARDS IMPROVEMENT

燕山分公司二蒸馏装置2009年10～12月进行高温设备管道材质升级。2010年1月装置因阀门问题进行停工抢修,对装置内不符合使用要求的阀门盘根、阀门中垫材料进行更换,对单向阀丝堵进行了更换和焊死处理。对此次事件的原因进行了反思,分析了目前石化用钢制阀门验收标准的状况,对石化行业的阀门验收标准进行了归纳,结合实际分析了阀门采购的主要问题,对阀门标准改进提出了建议。

The pipeline material of high temperature equipments of No.2 vacuum distillation unit in Yanshan Company was upgraded from October to December in 2009.The unit had to be shutdown because of valve problems in January 2010.Valve packing and valve bonnets which did not meet the operational specifications were changed.Replacement and weld were done on one-way valve plug.Through pondering the causes for this event,this paper analyzes and summarizes the valve acceptance standard of petrochemical industry.It analyzes the main issues in valve purchase with practice and offers some suggestions on standard improvement.
