回收废液制取冰晶石——废液与氨水反应生成铝、氟复合物 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一条回收锂厂废液制备冰晶石的新工艺。废液与氨水反应得含铝、氟的复合物沉淀和含氨溶液,单因素试验研究了加水量与废液的配料比等因素对铝、氟回收率的影响,得到优化的工艺条件,铝回收率93%,氟回收率92%。第二步将得到的铝、氟复合物与氢氟酸、纯碱反应制备冰晶石,冰晶石符合国家标准。整个工艺过程,废液全部回收,无毒气、污水、废渣排放。 In this paper,a new method of manufacturing cryolite from liquid waste of lithium factory was developed.The reaction takes place between the waste and ammonia gained the complex of aluminum and fluorine precipitation and ammoniated solution;through the single factor experiment,researching those factors such as the liquor value of pH,mixture ratio between additive water amount and waste liquor,which have influence on percent recovery of aluminum and fluorine,under the optimum condition,the recovery rate of aluminum is 93%,fluorine is 92%.With the second step,cryolite is manufactured through the reaction of the aluminum and fluorine complex and the hydrofluoric acid and the soda ash.The cryolite conformed to the national standard.In the whole of technological process,the full of liquid waste were reclaimed,no waste residue and gas and sewage were produced during this process.
