磷酸制种生产超细氢氧化铝的新工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本工艺打破了只有用烧结法精液生产超细氢氧化铝的桎梏,充分利用磷对分解加速和加深的影响,磷酸三钠的分散性能,用便宜的拜耳法精液为生产原料,精制成脱色精液,用磷酸制备高活性晶种浆液进行两段分解。中试结果表明,本工艺生产成本低,制晶种易控制,晶型结构完整,产品分散效果、洗涤性能良好,一段、二段分解率达到70%~75%和65%~70%,磷可以以磷酸钙进入赤泥,从而消除了磷的累积影响。 This process has broken the shackles of producing super-fine aluminium hydroxide only by the sintering process of green liquor.It has made full use of phosphorous hastening decomposition as well as dispersing function of trisodium orthophosphate to produce decolored green liquor with cheap Baier green liquor as material and achieved two sections of decomposition with the help of active seed crystal liquid.The results of the experiment show that the process of production costs low and is easy to control,crystal structure is complete,and the product has better dispersion effect and better washing power.The decomposition rates of one section and two section are 70%~75% and 65%~70% respectively.Phosphorous,in the form of calcium phosphate,exists in the red mud,which thereby eliminates the cumulative impact of the phosphate.
