摘要
在分析电解槽换极作业添加料块工艺技术现状的基础上,结合多年铝电解生产工作实践,设计出铝电解槽换极添加料块模具。该模具的制作应用,优化了换极作业工序,提高了换极作业速度和操作质量,有效减少了换极温损、降低了噪声。
Based on analysis of current technique process and many years of production practice,the additive material mould is designed while anode changing for aluminium reduction cell.The process of anode changing is optimized and operation speed and quality is improved as well by making and using the mould.Meanwhile,it not only decreases the noise and reduces the temperature losses during the anode replacing.
